- Anniversary: 20 years of Vital Hotel with renovation of 30 rooms
- New design of the SPA reception with a cozy couch that invites you to relax.
- The "Trilogy" treatment room shines in new splendor after renovation and now also pampers you with a luxurious steam shower and a relaxing whirlpool.
- Creation of the Relax Garden, with singing bowls, water amphorae and a Japanese rock garden as a further oasis of calm.
- Outdoor pool area with new pool bar and sunbathing area extension
- In Mediterranean boho style, the 300m² infinity sun terrace now offers you the ultimate beach club feeling with 80 seats.
- Restaurant Kaiserbogen shines in new splendor thanks to its renewed ambience.
2023
- Start of construction of the Meiser strategy center / Meiser Plaza in Dinkelsbühl
- Room modernization in the Meiser Vital Hotel (After extensive modernization, eight Superior Modern rooms & two Deluxe Modern suites were created, which now shine in "Modern Chic").
- The "Room of Silence - Cocoon" with over 40 premium loungers and islands was created in a separate building.
- Renovation of Meiser's Café with enlarged bar, new kitchen and renaming as "Meiser Altstadt Brasserie".
- Creation of the Meiser Sauna World and expansion of the wellness area to 2,000 m²
- Challenge posed by the coronavirus pandemic. The time is used for extensive modernization.
- All 250 jobs will be retained.
- Guest numbers reach record levels after reopening in 2021
- The 4-star superior "Meiser Design Hotel" in Dinkelsbühl is the largest private hotel investment in Bavaria: 150 rooms and suites, 11 conference rooms, event capacity for 350 people, open kitchen concept and cosmopolitan bar.
- Opening of the interior store "Meiser Lieblingsstücke" at the Weinmarkt in Dinkelsbühl.
- The brothers Calvin (Master of Business Admin., & B.A. Hotel Management) and Marlon (Master of Arts & B.A. Entrepreneurship) are the 6th generation to help shape Meiser Hotels.
- Conversion of the dance metropolis into the "Meiser Event Plaza".
- Major hotel extension to a total of 67 rooms and suites, new reception, additional restaurant rooms, 1,500 m² spa area with indoor and outdoor pool, beauty and massage rooms and fitness. Classification of the Vital Hotel as 4-star superior.
- Expansion of Meiser's Café by 11 individual hotel rooms to create the 4-star "Meiser Altstadt Hotel".
- Redesign of the dance metropolis with cocktail bar and lounge.
- Opening of the "Rosengarten" event location for special occasions such as weddings and conferences.
- Opening of "Meiser's Café - Restaurant - Lounge" in 2008 Dinkelsbühl, 'Germany's most beautiful old town' (FOCUS).
- Construction of the sauna village in the Vital Hotel. The following year, further romantic rooms, suites and conference rooms are built.
- Thomas and Armin with their wives Susan and Stefanie realize the 2003 "Meiser Vital Hotel" in Neustädtlein. The senior bosses Erika and Fritz continue to support the younger generation with passion.
1974 - 2003
- Thomas and Armin lay the foundation stone for Meiser Hotels. The company becomes a training company and has successfully supported 230 career starters to date.
- Marriage of Armin and Stefanie Meiser (European secretary). Lara-Sophie is born in 2003 and Valerie in 2006.
- The first guest rooms and apartments are built in the main building.
- The "Irish Pub" will be created in the basement with many original pieces from Ireland.
- Marriage of Thomas and Susan Meiser (hotel & restaurant manager). In the 6th generation, Calvin was born in 1997, Marlon in 1998 and Romy in 2002.
- Conversion of the first dance hall from 1905 into the "Hubertusstube".
- The guest rooms find their renewal. The cozy "Restaurant Rosenstuben" is created. In the 5th generation, sons Thomas (chef) and Armin (banker) found their own band. They perform in front of up to 8,000 people.
- The young couple Fritz and Erika Meiser realize the "dance metropolis" with 800 seats and several bars with the third hall extension. Show appearances and television productions make the venue famous throughout the region.
1941 - 1974
- Friedrich "Fritz" Meiser (butcher) and his wife Erika (businesswoman) take over the business.
- Will be extended to the "Tiroler Keller".
- Second hall extension and introduction of regular events on Saturdays.
- From 1962 to 1968, the Meiser Trio played with Friedrich Junior and Karl Meiser at dance events.
- Renovation of the restaurant and first extension to the dance hall.
1880 - 1941
- Friedrich Meiser Senior and his wife Friederike take over the business. House music is always a top priority.
- In 1910, the innkeepers' daughter Mathilde Hartnagel marries. Her husband Karl Meiser runs the business from then on. From this point on, the business bears the name "Meiser".
- The building is extended by Friedrich Hartnagel junior and a hall is built. The first dances are held.
- Friedrich Senior and Katharina Hartnagel buy the building and convert it into the "Zur Rose" inn. They later set up a small grocery store selling basic foodstuffs.
- In 1832, Johann Falk builds our main house as a small one-story building with a farm.
