The Open Kitchen concept will delight you daily with a selection of freshly prepared regional and seasonal dishes and specialties are prepared before your eyes at the live cooking stations. Our in-house patisserie also tempts you with sweet treats. Alternatively, we serve à la carte dishes with specialties from the hot stone for a special culinary experience.

Rich breakfast buffet

Start the day with a varied breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, yoghurts and a muesli bar, various types of bread and rolls, plus a selection of jams, honey and cold meat and cheese platters. You can have fresh egg dishes prepared at the live cooking station and at the weekend we also spoil you with fresh crêpes or waffles. The varied buffet is rounded off with juices, teas and coffee specialties.
We are also happy to welcome external guests for breakfast at the Meiser Design Hotel.

Lunch buffet and coffee & cake

For lunch, we offer a varied open kitchen buffet or a small selection of à la carte dishes. In the afternoon, we serve fine cakes and sweet delicacies from our own patisserie. We are also happy to welcome external guests for lunch or afternoon coffee.

Open kitchen buffet in the evening

In the evening, you can help yourself to the extensive buffet with a variety of fresh salads, starters, soup of the day and special fish, meat or vegetarian main courses from the live cooking stations. For a sweet finish, our patisserie creates homemade desserts.
Alternatively, we also serve popular à la carte classics. We are also happy to welcome external guests for dinner.
