Here you will find the current cancellation conditions of our hotels.
In order to avoid misunderstandings and to ensure that your travel plans are as secure as possible, we recommend that you check the respective regulations carefully before booking.

Cancellation conditions

Up to 1 day before arrival - 18:00 - free of charge.

From 1 day before arrival - 18:00 - 80 % of the total price.

In case of no-show, the total price is due.

During the stay - 80% of the total price of the canceled total amount

Arrival on exclusive dates

Cancellation conditions

Up to 30 days before arrival - 18:00 - free of charge.

From 30 days before arrival - 18:00 - 80 % of the total price.

In case of no-show, the total price is due.

During the stay - 80% of the total price of the canceled total amount

Terms of payment

When booking, credit card details are taken for the deposit.

30 days before arrival the booked services will be charged.

Summer Breeze Open Air:
