Packages and conference drinks

The conference drinks are charged at a conference drinks flat rate of EUR 9.80 per participant and seminar day. Drinks in the conference room can also be charged according to consumption, please let us know before the start of the event. Depending on the number of participants, a compensation room rental fee will be charged for the conference rooms.

The conference packages can be booked for a minimum of 5 participants.

The following times apply for reserved rooms:
Check-in from 15:00 on arrival.
Check-out on the day of departure until 11:30 am.

Cancellation and payment conditions

The organizer is entitled to cancel the booked event free of charge up to a certain point in time before the start of the event. Thereafter, the following portions of the total amount (rooms, conference package, etc.) may be canceled free of charge:

  • The chargeable services are subject to a cancellation rate of 80% for overnight stay + breakfast
  • and 60 % for the conference flat rate. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged.

  • Up to 28 days before the start of the event - 100 % of the agreed total quantities
  • 27 days to 7 days before the start of the event - 50% of the agreed total quantities.
  • 6 days to 1 day before the start of the event - maximum 1 room unit and/or 1 person.
Cancellation conditions for events from 10 to 50 room units or persons per day
  • Up to 42 days before the start of the event - 100% of the agreed total quantities.
  • 41 days to 21 days before the start of the event - 50 % of the agreed total quantities.
  • 20 days to 14 days before the start of the event - 25 % of the agreed total quantities.
  • 13 days to 7 days before the start of the event - 10 % of the agreed total quantities.
  • 6 days to 1 day before the start of the event - 5 % of the agreed total quantities.
Cancellation conditions for events from 51 to 100 room units or persons per day
  • Up to 90 days before the start of the event - 100 % of the agreed total quantities.
  • 89 days to 42 days before the start of the event - 50 % of the agreed total quantities.
  • 41 days to 28 days before the start of the event - 25 % of the agreed total quantities.
  • 27 days to 14 days before the start of the event - 10 % of the agreed total quantities.
